By accessing and using the AgriGo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all farmers, entrepreneurs, and institutional buyers using the ecosystem.
AgriGo provides digital infrastructure for agriculture, including but not limited to soil diagnostics, equipment rental facilitation, and market linkage. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice to maintain system integrity.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agricultural trade agreements.
Users are responsible for providing accurate farm data, soil history, and identity information. Misrepresentation of crop quality or land ownership may lead to immediate account termination.
All financial settlements for harvest sales are processed through our secure institutional pipelines. AgriGo acts as a facilitator; we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking institutions or incorrect bank details provided by the user.
The AI algorithms, diagnostic frameworks, and satellite telemetry interfaces are the exclusive property of AgriGo. Users are granted a non-transferable license to use these tools for personal agricultural growth only.
While our advisory is based on scientific data, AgriGo does not guarantee specific crop yields as farming is subject to environmental variables beyond our control (weather, pests, natural disasters).
